摘    要:通过检索NCBI核苷酸数据库获得orf 138和orf 224开放阅读框序列,依据其保守序列设计2对引物,对几种来源不同的小白菜和菜薹细胞质不育系及其保持系进行PCR扩增.orf 138引物在小白菜和菜薹细胞质雄性不育系中均扩增出573 bp的片段,orf224引物只在一个菜薹雄性不育系中扩增出653 bp的片段.同源...

Abstract:In order to identify the cytoplasmic male sterile(CMS) types in non-heading Chinese cabbage(Brassica campestris L.ssp.chinensis Makino) and Chinese flowering cabbage(B.campestris L.var.purpurea Baileysh),two pairs primers were designed based on the conserved domains of the sequences of orf 138 and orf 224 genes were got by searching the nucleotide databases of NCBI.The result indicated that a 573 bp specific fragment was produced in all the CMS lines by amplification with the orf 138 primer.The sequence ali...
