摘    要:采用离体平皿法对西瓜、黄瓜、番茄和茄子4种果蔬种子进行了带菌检测,并测定了检测到的主要真菌种类对常见杀菌剂的抗药性。结果表明,西瓜种子表面携带的优势菌群为根霉(Rhizopus spp.)和青霉(Penicillium spp.),黄瓜为青霉和曲霉(Aspergillus spp.),番茄和茄子为毛霉(Mucor spp.)和丝核菌(Rhizoctonia spp.);4种种子内部寄藏的真菌都主要为青霉和根霉。抗药性检测结果表明,4种果蔬种子对苯并咪唑类杀菌剂已经产生了严重的抗药性,而对福美双和咯菌腈无抗药性。

Abstract:Seed-borne fungi of four seeds were tested by the method of petri dish,and their resistance to fungicides was detected.The results showed that the predominant fungi on the surface of watermel on were rhizopus and penicillium.For cucumber seeds,they were penicillium and aspergillus.For tomato and eggplants seeds,they were mucor and rhizoctonia.Moreover,serious resistance has developed to benzimida zole fungicides in isolated fungi of all tested seeds.However,these detected seed-borne fungi were still very se...
