摘    要:爱比菌素是一种新的生物杀螨剂,是由除虫链霉菌发酵产生的大环内酯化合物。它对久效磷抗性敏感的两组朱砂叶螨种群有很高的毒性,LC50值各为0.0038mg/L和0.0153mg/L,LC95值分别为0.0263mg/L和0.0279mg/L。用0.0288mg/L(近似LC95)的浓度处理带螨的棉叶,幼若螨在72h死亡率达90%,对卵无效;该浓度处理棉苗7天后对成螨和幼若螨无残效。用近似LC50浓度(

Abstract:Abamectin is a neval macrocyclic lactone natural product produced by fermentation of Streptomyces avermitilis.The results of laboratory bioassays show that abamectin is highly toxic to monocrotophos resistant and susceptible Tetranytrus cinnabarinus(Boisduval).LC 50 are 0.0038 and 0.0153 mg/L respectively,and LC 95 are 0.0263 and 0.0279 mg/L respectivily .When the dosage of 625 thousand times of 0.15EC(18g/L)abamectin sprayed on leaves of cotton,mortality of larvae and nymphs is 52.8% in 24h and 90.0% in 72h,and no effect against eggs.One week after the dosage application which treat cotton seedlings,abamectin has no residual effect to the mite.After the female adults are treated by LC 50 value,the mean eggs/female decreased 84.8% in the residual individuals,but increased 100% in their F 1 generation.
