抗裂制干枣新品种‘阎良相枣’

摘    要: ‘阎良相枣’为优良制干枣晚熟新品种。果实中等大小,扁圆形,平均单果质量9.5 g,最大果15 g,平均单核0.4 g,鲜枣可食率96%,可溶性糖29.2%,有机酸0.31%。果皮赭红色,韧性强,极抗裂,适宜制干,制干率46%。制干后,干枣果肉饱满,富有弹性,果面光亮。适宜年均气温11~13℃、 降雨量550~650 mm的北方地区栽培,适宜枣粮间作。

Abstract:‘Yanliang Xiangzao’,a new dried-jujube variety with late ripening,selected from Lintong Chizao jujube orchards in Yanliang District,Xi’an.The fruit is oblate shape,red-black colour,and middle large,the average fruit mass is 9.5 g,maximum fruit mass is 15.0 g,the average core mass is 0.4 g.It ripens in early-middle October in Yanliang.Th e fruit is uniform,attractive,good quality fruit,applicable to dry,and it has 46% of the dried-rate.The fresh-fruit has a middle-thick peel with high toughness and crack-resistance. The dried-jujube with plump-fruit has a good elasticity and highlight color.Its cultivated region is in north China with 11.0-13.0℃ of the annual average temperature and 550-650 mm of the annual rainfall.
