摘    要:利用自行研制的苯酚-尿素-甲醛共缩聚树脂(PUF)以热压压力、时间、温度3个因素3水平的正交实验设计进行竹胶板模板热压工艺试验,结果表明,PUF压制的竹胶板模板物理力学性能优良,超过JG/T156-2004<竹胶合板模板>质量要求,与目前生产上使用的PF胶压制的竹胶板模板性能相当,但用胶成本可节省13.5%;PUF压制竹胶板模板的较优工艺参数为热压压力2.5 MPa、热压时间1.2 min/mm、热压温度150℃.

Abstract:Test on hot pressing technology of plybamboo form by phenol-urea-formaldehyde(PUF) cocondensed resins was carried out with orthogonal experimental design of 3 factors(pressure, duration and temperature of hot pressing) and 3 levels. The result showed that plybamboo form bounded by PUF had advantages such as better physical and mechanical property than that required by JG/T156-2004, similar property with form bounded by PF, saving 13.5% of production cost. The optimal technology parameters of hot pressing were as follows: 2.5 MPa of pressure, 1.2 min/mm of pressing duration and 150℃ of pressing temperature.
