| 摘 要： | 对表征链条质量的疲劳性能三级分等指标进行了论证，并制订出相应的抽样检验方案。通过大量试验，论证了滚子链疲劳性能三级分等指标符合国内链条行业的实际水平。应用概率论证明了滚子链疲劳强度的检验可转化为疲劳寿命的检验，根据合格质量水平制订出疲劳强度的抽样检验方案。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper, three grades of indexes of fatigue performance for chain inner quality are discussed completely, and the sampling inspection scheme is set up. It shows that through research the rise drop method is effective to obtain roller chain fatigue limit, but it isn't applicable in acceptance inspection. A lot of experiments prove that three grades of roller chain fatigue performance, 0 15Q, 0 18Q and 0 22Q , are suitability of real level of national chain trade. The probabilitic theory is used to prove that roller chain fatigue strength inspection can be transformed into fatigue life inspection. According to the quality level, the scheme of fatigue strength sampling inspection is worked out. Now, this scheme has been used in chain field successfully. |
