基于ADAMS的大功率拖拉机制动性能仿真

摘    要:利用三维作图软件PRO/E建立了东方红-1604拖拉机制动器的三维模型,并运用机械系统动力学分析软件ADAMS建立了拖拉机整车的虚拟样机模型,根据相关试验标准对其进行了制动性能仿真试验。试验结果表明,该样机模型稳定可靠,可用于大功率拖拉机的虚拟仿真研究,为大功率轮式拖拉机的仿真研究搭建了虚拟试验平台,填补了我国大功率轮式拖拉机制动性能仿真研究的空白。

Abstract:The 3-D brake model of the tractor named Dongfanghong-1604 was built with the 3-D modeling software Pro/e. The virtual prototype model of the tractor was built using the ADAMS software and the testing simulation of the braking performance was carried out based on the related testing standards. The testing result indicated that the virtual prototype model was stable and reliable and it was qualified to be used to the simulation research.
