炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)附着胞在柑桔叶片潜伏侵染中的作用

摘    要:炭疽菌附着胞在离体条件下具高度抗逆性,对多种消毒剂、田间常用杀菌剂以及高温、冰冻都有较强的抵抗能力。对柑桔叶片定点接种炭疽菌,只在叶片表面形成大量附着胞,而未观察到角质层下菌丝。只有当寄主受伤或哀老后,附着胞才萌发侵染寄主引起发病。因此,柑桔叶片上炭疽菌的潜伏结构是附着胞,而非角质层下菌丝。

Abstract:The appresoria of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz. have high resistance to many disinfectants, fungicides and high temperature or freeze in vitro.Many appresoria are formed but there is no appearence of subcuticular hyphae when ineculated with the conidia of fungi on citrus leaves. The appresoria can not infect the living cells of the host unless the cells are weak or dead.It is considered that the appresoria are the latent structure of fungi on citrus leaves.
