唐代是我国封建社会发展的繁荣阶段,诗歌创作也达到了历史的高峰,日益兴起的饮茶之风促使茶业更加兴旺,众多名茶争奇斗艳,各有拥趸;采茶及制茶场景精彩纷呈,一派繁荣景象;因气候、土壤、加工方法等不同,使茶的种类繁多,从而导致饮用方式和所使用的器皿也各不相同,但优质的器具逐渐得得到认可;人们在饮茶过程中,逐渐地认识到茶的许多功效,这些认识直至今天仍是正确的。文人士大夫对茶的认识与喜好,对当时饮茶之风起到了推波助澜的作用,他们留下了许多有关茶的诗歌,对我们认识当时的茶文化有着十分重要的作用。

Tea Culture of Tang Dynasty and Tang Poems

Tang dynasty was the prosperous stage of social development in ancient China,as well as pinnacle of poem production.Increasingly rising tea-drinking habit made tea production thriving,followed by many famous tea varieties.There emerged different tea-drinking styles and tea vessels.Scholars liked tea especially,which added driving force to the development of tea culture.They wrote a lot of poems related to tea,which helps us get to know the Chinese tea culture.
