不同杀菌剂对新疆哈密瓜蔓枯病菌的毒力测定

摘    要:用生长速率法测定了4 d后7种新型杀菌药剂的0.625~10 g/L五个浓度梯度对哈密瓜蔓枯病病原菌(Mycospharella melonis)的抑制作用.生物药剂ZH的抑制作用最强,对新疆哈密瓜蔓枯病病菌中浓度10~1.25 g/L的抑制率均为100;,测试中最低浓度0.625 g/L抑制率达89.85;,其次为扑海因,两种药剂在浓度为10~2.5 g/L的抑制率均在90;以上.各药剂高浓度时,哈密瓜蔓枯病病原菌对7种药剂均表现出较高的敏感性.采用spss数据处理,7种杀菌剂有效成分EC50的大小顺序依次为:甲基托布津>秀苗>多菌灵>翠贝>绿本色>生物制剂>扑海因.其中甲基托布津最高为2.507 μg/mL,扑海因最低0.054 μg/mL.

Abstract:This study was designed to measure the inhibition effect of 5 kinds of concentrations of 7 new fungicides with 0.625-10 g/L on Mycospharella melonis by growth speed rate.The results indicated that the inhibition effect of biological fungicide ZH was the strongest,whose inhibition rate with middle concentration 10-1.25 g/L on Mycospharella melonis was 100%.In the test,the inhibition rate with the lowest concentration 0.625 g/L reached 89.85% and followed by Puhaiyin.The inhibition rate of both fungicides reached over 90% when their concentration was 10-25 g/L.Mycospharella melonis pathogen were in high concentration.Based on the spss data,the proper order of the effective element EC50 of the 7 kinds of fungicides were as follows:Thipanale Methyl>Xiumiso>Carben dazim>Kresoxim methyl>Fenarimol>ZH>Rovra,among which Thiphanate Methyl 2.507 μg/mL was the highest one,the lowest was Rovral.
