中国社会转型期农村家庭养老存在的问题与对策

随着社会的转型,城市化、工业化和现代化进程的加快,农村家庭养老问题日益突出。从4个方面分析了当前和今后一段时间内农村家庭养老的严峻性和存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决方案。首先,要大力发展农村经济,增加农民收入,夯实农村家庭养老的社会经济基础;其次,与社会养老相结合,逐步完善农村社会养老保险制度;第三,加强养老立法,规范家庭养老;最后,大力宣传尊老、养老、敬老之风,弘扬"孝悌"观念。

Discussion on the Family-supporting of the Old in the Period of Social Transition in China

With the development of social transition,urbanization,industrialization and modernization,the family support of an old age in rural areas has become increasingly prominent.In this passage its severity and the problems existed at present and in future were analyzed from four aspects and following solutions were put forward:we must vigorously develop rural economy and increase farmers' income so as to strengthen its social and economic foundation;secondly,we should gradually improve insurance system in rural area through the combination of social insurance;thirdly,we should strengthen legislation of old age support and regulate family endowment;finally,the wide publicity should be given to the moralities of respecting and supporting the old and the virtue of filial piety should be carried forward.
