| 摘 要： | 根据《城市地价动态监测体系技术规范》的要求,遵循城市地价监测体系建立的原则和方法,以各类土地定级估价资料为基础,在此次克拉玛依市城区土地价格调查的工作范围内,分别布设商业、住宅、工业3种用地类型的地价监测点,并根据估价规程的要求求算地价,建立起以地价监测点为核心的城市地价动态监测体系。

| Abstract: | According to the request of《 a price of city dynamic state monitor system technical specification 》,the principle and method that follow a price of city monitor system establishment,with each kind of land settles the class quotation data for foundation,within the scope of this time carat municipally the work that the price of the city area land investigate,distinguish the cloth establishes the business,residence,industry three kinds of use a ground of type of a price monitor order,and according to the quotation rules the request of the distance beg on the whole price,build up rise with a the price monitor orders for the core of a price of city dynamic state monitor the system. |
