| 摘 要： | 资源节约型社会综合评价是资源节约型社会建设的前提与基础。基于可拓分析理论,在建立了资源节约型社会综合评价指标体系的基础上,将资源节约型社会各指标的节约程度分为高、较高、中、低等四个等级,通过确定待评物元、节域、经典域、指标权重以及关联函数对资源节约型社会进行综合评价,并以2007年北京、天津、上海、重庆等四个直辖市的资源节约型社会综合评价研究为例进行了实证研究。

| Abstract: | Comprehensive evaluation is the basice work for the construction of resource-conserving society.Based on the extension theory and the index system,the society is defined as highly conserved,higher conserved,middle conserved and low conserved,and by the determination of evaluation element,classical extent,nodal extent and relevancy function to evaluate the status of resource-conserving society.Finally,case study is executed by taking Tianjin,Beijing,Shanghai,and Chongqing(2006)as an example. |
