乳牛缺磷症肝功能指标变化的初步探讨

本文测定了33头乳牛的十项肝功能指标,其中27头是缺磷症乳牛,6头是临床健康牛为对照组。15头乳牛应用磷添加剂进行了治疗。结果如下:(1)治疗前中症和重症病牛的肝功能有不同程度的障碍。缺磷症乳牛血清硫酸锌浊度、SALP和SGOP高于正常水平,而SGPT降低。(2)治疗后SGPT、SGOT显著降低(P<0.05),SALP极显著降低(P<0.01)。(3)缺磷症乳牛血清白蛋白/球蛋白比值和白蛋白降低,r-球蛋白增高。(4)缺磷症乳牛肝功变化不仅有助于本病的诊断,也可作为对本病疗效的一个指标。

A PRELIMINARY OBSERVATION ON THE CHANGE OF THE INDICES OF LIVER FUNCTION IN DAIRY COW APHOSPHOROSIS

Ten indices of liver function were deteimined in 33 dairy cows, 27 of them with aphosphorosis, and 6 clinically healthy was used as control group. Fifteen cows were treated with the additive of phosphate. The results are as follows: (1) Before treated, the liver function of middling and serious cases had disorders in varying degrees. In dairy cows with aphosphorosis serum zinc sulfate turbdity, SALP aad SGOP were hegher than the normal levels, but SGPT decrease. (2) After the treatment, there were a stalistically significant(p<0.05)decrease in SGPT, SGOT, and a very significant(p<0.01)decsease in SALP. (3) Serum albumin/globulin ratio and albumin reduced, and r-globulin incensed in dairy cows with aphosphorosis. (4) All changes of liver functions of cows with aphosphorosis were not only conducive to diagnosis, but also able to be used as an indication of curative efefct of the disease.
