二棱大麦主要经济性状遗传参数的研究

本文采用方差—协方差分析法,对8个二棱大麦品种的8个主要经济性状的研究表明:千粒重、穗下节长、穗粒数,穗粒重,株高等性状具有较高的遗传力。与产量相关达到显著的性状有单株粒重(rg=0.948);穗粒重(rg=0.6040);穗粒数(rg=0.5056);千粒重(rg=0.5560)。在5％的入选率下,穗粒重、穗粒数、穗下节长,小区产量具有较高的遗传进度。

Studies on the Genetic Parameters of the Economical Characters of Two-row Barley

The genetic parameters of the main economical characters for 8 species of two-row barley were estimated in Huang Yang in 1988. The result showed that the horitability of thousand. kornel weight per stem length, kernel number per head, kernel weight per head and plant height appeared to be more significant. The characters strongly correlated with poltyield were yield per plant, kernel weight per head, kernel number per head, and thousand kernal weight. Under 50％ selection rate, the kernel weight per head, kernel number per head, car stom length and polL-yield had a higher genetic advance. Using these characters, the selection of barley varieties with high yield and good quality can be made effectively.
