| 摘 要： | 根据茶树“二段法”陕繁育苗的工艺流程和技术特点，针对第一步营养液水培成愈阶段，采用2，4-D、NAA、速效生根灵三种生根激素，对短穗进行12h浸根处理后水培，研究各激素对茶树短穗快速生根的效果。结果表明，三种生根剂均能促进短穗生根，其中NAA效果最理想。

| Abstract: | The effects of hormones on the rooting of stingle node cutting was studied. The results showed that 2,4-D,NAA and rooting agent stimulated the rooting of the cuttings among which,NAA was the best. |
