电流变流体用于系统减振的研究

摘    要:从理论上分析了电流变流体对系统振动特性的影响,并对一个含有电流变阻尼器的振动系统在不同电场强度及不同激励频率下进行了响应的数值模拟。结果表明,增大电场强度可使电流变流体的阻尼明显增加,从而有效地降低系统的振动幅值,为将电流变流体进一步应用于车辆的减振装置提供了有力的依据。

Abstract:Affect of electro rheological(ER) fluid to the response of vibrating system has been analyzed theoretically in this paper. A numerical simulation for the response of a vibrating system with an ER damper under different strength of applied external electric field and sinusoidal excitation with different frequencies was carried out. The simulation results indicated that the damping force of ER fluid would be increased obviously, as a result, the vibration amplitude was effectively decreased with growing of the strength of the electrical field applied to the ER damper. The work by the authors provided a foundation for applications of the ER fluid in vibration control of vehicles.
