| 摘 要： | 深化国有林场改革,加快国有林场发展,是全面推进浙江林业现代化建设的重要内容.当前,国有林场存在资产管理体制不健全、产权关系不明晰、政策安排不合理等诸多问题,导致国有林场运行效率低下、经济状况不佳.新时期加快国有林场发展,必须充分认识国有林场的地位和作用,全面推进分类经营改革,尽快界定经营类型,理顺管理体制,调整布局结构,探索多种有效实现形式,落实综合配套改革措施,从而促进国有林场持续健康发展.

| Abstract: | At present, there are problems existed in asset management system, property right and relative policies of state-owned forest centers which caused low operation efficiency and low economic benefit. To speed up development of state-owned forest centers, it should take measures such as reform on classified management and management system, adjustment of distribution structure, etc. for promoting sustainable development of forest centers. |
