水分胁迫对树莓、黑莓不同品种生长及膜脂过氧化作用的影响

摘    要:以树莓、黑莓不同品种为试验材料,研究水分胁迫后,高生长、叶片细胞膜透性、丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性等抗旱性指标的变异性.结果表明,随胁迫程度加重,高生长受损,叶片的细胞膜透性逐渐增加,丙二醛含量逐渐提高,SOD、POD的活性明显下降.而且,品种之间表现出明显的差异性.

Abstract:The variabilities of the high growth, electrolyte leakage, MDA content and the activities of SOD and POD are studied in the samples of raspberry and blackberry under soil drought stress. The results show that with the soil drought stress aggravating, the high growth and the activities of SOD and POD decreas, electrolyte leakage in-creas. And parameters are significantly different among various breeds of raspberry and blackberry.
