| 摘 要： | 在对土地开发整理的概念和内涵进行分析和界定的基础上,分析了土地开发整理的生态环境效应,针对土地开发整理可能存在的生态环境问题,从项目立项、规划设计2个方面提出了具体对策措施,以期为土地开发整理项目决策和规划设计提供参考。
