日粮中不同那西肽和硫酸粘杆菌素水平对仔猪生产性能的影响

为研究日粮中不同那西肽与硫酸粘杆菌素水平及其组合对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响，笔者开展了本试验。试验采用2×2双因子试验设计，试验期为28d。试验结果表明：随着饲粮中那西肽添加量由2．5mg／kg增加到5．0mg／kg。仔猪平均日增重和平均日采食量均得到显著改善（P〈0．05），但对饲料转化率和腹泻率的影响不显著（P〉0．05）；硫酸粘杆菌素对仔猪平均日增重、平均日采食量、饲料转化率和腹泻率的影响均不显著（P〉0．05）；那西肽和硫酸粘杆菌素未体现出显著的组合效应（P〉0．05）。

Influence of Different Levels of Nosiheptide and Sulfate Colistin in the Diet on Growth Performance of Piglets

A 2×2 factorial trial was conducted to investigate the inflt/ence of different levels of Nosiheptide and SUlfate colistin in the diet on growth performance of weaneing piglets. The tri- al lasted for 28 d. The results showed that piglets had a significant improvement in average weight gain （ADG） and average feed intake （AFI） when the level of Nosiheptide increased from 2.5mg/kg to 5 mg/kg I P〈0.05）, but feed conversion ratio and diarrhea ratio had no improvement significant. ADG, AFI, feed conversion ratio and diarrhea ratio of the piglets had no significant improvement when the level of Sulfate ~colistin increased from 40 nificant interaction between Nosiheptide and Sulfate mg/kg to 60mg/kg（P〉0.05）. There wasn＇t sig- colistin at different levels.
