| 摘 要： | 为了掌握西昌市猪圆环病毒2型的感染情况，本试验从2008年到2012年5年问，随机采集未免疫过猪圆环病毒2型（PCV2）苗的血清样品共1078头份，用PCV2ELISA抗体检测试剂盒进行检测。结果表明：PCV2血清抗体阳性率每年分别为16．19％、53．98％、64．14％、76．78％、85．60％，总体呈逐年上升的趋势。该调查结果为制定西昌市猪群PCV2感染的防控措施奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | The aim of this study was to investigate the epidemiology of porcine circovirus type 2 （PCV2） in Xiehang. A total of 1 078 serum samples were selected randomly from clinical healthy pigs from 2008 to 2012, PCV2s antibody was detected by ELISA Kit. The results showed that positive rates of PCV2 antibody increased year by year which were 16.19% 53.98%, 64.14%, 76.78% and 85.60% respective. The investigation result provided a basis for preventing and controlling PCV2 infection in Xichang area. |
