| 摘 要： | 我国自然保护事业虽然取得了飞速发展，但是也面临着来自“保护与发展”的矛盾和冲突。为了探索自然保护区与周边社区共同发展的途径。引进了参与式发展理论。文章探析了参与式发展理论的内涵及其该理论在自然保护区规划和设计、自然保护区管理和保护补偿等具体操作中的运用以及相关的外部保障和支持系统。

| Abstract: | Rapid development of natural protection has already been achieved,but the contradictions and conflicts between Protection and Development are also confronted.The participatory developmental theory is introduced to explore the way toward the common development of both nature reserves and peripheral communities.The paper introduces the concept of the participatory developmental theory and its application to the particular operation in planning & design,and management & compensation for the protection of nature reserves,as well as related external safeguard and supportive system. |
