摘    要:采用不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术分析了泥鳅和大鳞副泥鳅在不同饥饿程度的刺激之下(5 d、10d、15 d和20 d)的肠、胃、肝3种组织的酯酶同工酶。结果表明:①随饥饿时间的延长,两种泥鳅EST同工酶种类呈减少趋势;②不同种类的EST同工酶在两种泥鳅抵抗饥饿过程中的作用不同;③肝脏是酯酶的标志性器官,在抵抗饥饿中起主要作用;④两种泥鳅抵抗饥饿的策略不同。研究结果有助于了解鱼类适应饥饿胁迫的生态对策。

Abstract:By using the polyacrylamide gel eletrophoresis,the expression of esterase isozyme in the three tissues(intestines,stomach and liver)of M.auguillicaudatus and P.dabryanus under the different stage of starvation(5 d,10 d,15 d and 20 d) were analysed.The results showed that along with the starving time,the number of esterase isozyme of two species of loaches decreased;different types of EST enzymes played specific roles on the resistance of starvation;liver was the symbol organ and played the leading role;the strategies of M.auguillicaudatus and P.dabryanus were different.It will contribute to the understanding of adaptation to the ecology of hunger stress response.
