复合酶制剂对猪消化道中营养物质消化率的影响

摘    要:该研究用192头冀合白猪杂优猪,测定了玉米豆饼型饲粮添加复合酶制剂对猪消化道中各营养物质消化率的影响。结果表明,可提高断乳仔猪和肉猪前期饲粮中粗蛋白质、粗纤维、粗脂肪以及肉猪后期饲粮中粗蛋白质的消化率。结合猪的消化生理特点及饲粮特性,认为:蛋白质酶是断乳仔猪酶制剂配方首要考虑成分,其次是淀粉酶等;粗纤维酶是肉猪酶制剂配方首要考虑成分。

Abstract:This study was conducted to test the effect of muti-enzyme on digestibility of 192 Jibe White Pig hybrids. It proved that digestibility of crude fat could be raised in weaners and growing pigs. Digestibility of crude protein could be raised in finishing pigs. According to the test and digestion physiology characteristic, protein enzyme is the most important one in weaner multi-enzyme formula. Amylase is the next. Crude fiber enzyme is most important in growing and finishing pigs.
