摘    要:比较了 2 0 0 0年北京永乐店夏玉米生长过程中 ,不同水分、氮素处理条件下反映叶片叶绿素含量的SPAD值的变化过程 ,并且就生育期内平均 SPAD值与作物产量 ,水分生理利用效率之间的关系进行了分析。结果表明 ,采用叶绿素仪可以较好的对夏玉米生长过程中作物氮素状况对生长的影响进行评价和预测。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to explore the feasibility of evaluating plant nitrogen status with chlorophyll measurement in summer maize. Results showed that Chlorophyll meter readings were significantly affected by nitrogen management practice and irrigation scheme, and that field chlorophyll measurements were highly correlated with plant tissue nitrogen concentrations and crop grain yields. It can be concluded that Chlorophyll meter is a good tool of monitoring plant nitrogen status in summer maize.
