杨木/棉秆复合无胶纤维板制备工艺初探

摘    要:以杨木和棉秆为原料,采用干法纤维板制备方法制成无胶木材/棉秆复合纤维板,研究了杨木和棉秆纤维比例、热压温度以及活化剂添加量对板材性能的影响.试验结果表明:以木材和棉秆为原料,不使用胶粘剂制造木材/棉秆复合无胶纤维板是可行的.随着棉秆比例的增加,板材强度略有提高,但吸水率也随之提高.提高热压温度和添加活化剂可以显著改善板材的吸水性.

Abstract:The effects of proportion of poplar and cotton straw, pressing temperature and the content of the active agent on the properties of binderless fiberboard from poplar and cotton straw with the dry-forming processing were investigated in this paper primarily. The fiberboard from poplar and cotton straw without any binders showed high strength but poor water resistance properties, especially when increasing the proportion of cotton straw. While increasing pressing temperature and adding active agents will improve the panel water resistance properties dramatically.
