摘    要:本文对37科90种植物进行了番茄花叶病毒(TMV-T)病治疗物质的筛选,发现小藜(Chenopodium serotinum)和玉簪(Hosta plantaginea)两种植物抽提液对番茄花叶病毒(TMV-T)病有一定的治疗作用。其中小藜抽提液效果较好。当番茄幼苗在接种前用此抽提液喷洒2—3次,接种后再喷1—2次,对病毒病治疗效果在60%以上。本文对8种植物抽提液进行了植物病毒的体外钝化试验,发现其中6种对病毒TMV-T有较强的体外钝化作用,而其中2种即萹蓄和芍药反而有协生作用。结果表明,小藜抽提液的治疗作用并非完全由于对病毒的体外抑制或钝化作用,而其中存在着诱导寄主产生抗耐性的问题。

Abstract:Ninety species of plants belonging to 37 families had been studied for their therapeutic effect on tomato mosaic disease infected by tobacco mosaic virus (TWV-T). It was found that both Chenopodium serotinum and Hosta plantaginea had certain therapeutic effect on the tomato plants to reduce the severity of the disease development. The effect of the former was higher than that of the latter. When the tomato plants were sprayed with the water extract of C. serotinum 2-3 times before inoculation of TMV-T and 1-2 times after inoculation, more than 60% of the virus concentration was reduced in tomato plants during the first 8 days as compred with that of control. The extracts of 8 species of plants which had showed more or less therapeutic effect on tomato plants to the infection of TMV-T, had been tested for their viral inhibitory activity by mixing equal volume of virus solution and plant extracts before inoculation. It was found that 6 of the 8 species showed strong inhibition effect on TWV-T, however, some of them were not good therapeutics. Two plant extracts, namely of Polygonum aviculare and of Paeonia albiflora showed some synergic effect on virus infection. It was of the opinion that besides the inhibitory effect on virus in vitro, the therapeutic effect of the plant extracts of Chnopodium serotinum and Hosta plantaginea might have induced a certain degree of virus resistance or tolerance in vivo.
