摘    要:[目的]本试验拟通过木薯渣和甘蔗梢育肥肉牛试验,对屠宰性状、胴体品质评价及品尝评分,为肉牛产业提供参考依据。[方法]试验设以木薯渣为基础日粮(Ⅰ组)和以氨化甘蔗梢为基础日粮(Ⅱ组)2个组,分别补给3.0 kg精料,每组7头未去势西杂公牛,育肥110 d后进行屠宰。[结果]表明:①Ⅰ组期末平均活重434.27 kg,平均...

Abstract:【Objective】The purpose of this study was to evaluate the slaughter performances,carcass quality and taste score by feeding cassava dregs and ammonifying sugarcane tip for beef cattle to provide an important reference for beef industry.【Methods】The trial was divided into two groups consisting of seven uncastrated bulls(Simmental crossbred beef) based on the diet of cassava dregs(treat 1) and ammonifying sugarcane tip(treat 2) adding 3.0 kg/herd concentrate supplement for a 110-day finishing period,respectively.【Results】After fattening,the results showed that: ① The average live weights and average daily gains(ADGs) of treat 1 and 2 were 434.27 kg and 1 296 g,404.55 kg and 992 g,respectively(P0.01).②The dressing percentage,net meat rate,loin eye area of treat 1 and 2 were 62.22%,50.12%,104.3 cm2 and 60.25%,48.45%,86.5 cm2.The difference between the two groups was significant(P0.01).③ Beef quality of treat 1 was significantly better compared to that of treat 2,which both were up to high-quality standards(P0.05).④ Beef has no peculiar smell,the meat quality was fine and tender,the taste was orthodox and the flavor was preferably heavy by feeding the cassava dregs and ammonifying sugarcane tip diets.【Conclusion】Feeding cassava dregs and ammonifying sugarcane tip on beef cattle,live weight gain were visibly better,and ADGs easily exceed 1 000 g and beef quality were better.The colors of beef and fat looks normally ranked the best grade beef.Beef has no peculiar smell,its meat quality was fine and slender,taste was orthodox,flavor was preferably heavy.
