摘    要:[目的]本研究利用抗生素联合中成药治疗子宫内膜炎,为该病有效治疗探索新方法。[方法]使用"清宫促孕宝"+土霉素作为治疗药物,采用子宫内灌注法治疗患牛78例。[结果]试验组78头,有效70头,有效率为89.74%,治愈67头,治愈率为86.0%。[结论]临床治疗表明,"清宫促孕宝"+土霉素治疗各类子宫内膜炎疗效显著,体现了中西医结合的优势。

Abstract:【Objects】In order to explore a new way to effectively cure endometritis,the integration of traditional Chinese and antibiotics was used in this study.【Method】78 sick cows were treated with the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and terramycin by perfusing uterine cavity.【Result】For the 78 cows in test group,the effective number of the cows was 70,the effective rate was 89.74%.67 out of 70 sick cows were cured,and the recovery rate was 86.0%.【Conclusion】The clinical treatment results showed that integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine had distinct cure effect on various endometritis,which reflected the advantage of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.
