摘    要:以对Cd抗性不同的2个大白菜品种超级夏秋王(抗Cd品种)和丰抗70(非抗Cd品种)为试验材料,采用盆栽试验方法,研究了在Cd胁迫的情况下,水杨酸(SA)对2种大白菜主要营养品质的影响。结果表明,SA提高了抗性品种叶片的Vc含量和可溶性蛋白质含量,降低了其可溶性糖含量;而对于非抗性品种,SA提高了其叶片中的可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白质含量,降低了Vc含量。

Abstract:Salicylic acid(SA)is one kind of plant hormones,which has been widely used in agriculture.It has been reported that SA also could alleviate the cadmium toxicity to plants.To study the effects of SA on main nutritive qualities of plants under cadmium stress,two cultivars of Chinese cabbage(Brassica pekinensis)with different resistance to cadmium,Chaojixiaqiuwang(tolerance)and Fengkang-70(non-tolerance),were grown with pot culturing.The results showed that SA had significant influences on the main nutritive qualities of the cabbage,and had distinctly different effects on two cultivars.SA had the same effects on the quality of the cabbages in the absence and the presence of cadmium.The contents of vitamin C in leaves increased with SA in tolerance cabbage,but decreased in the non-tolerance.Under SA treatment,the soluble sugar concentration in leaves reduced in tolerance cabbage but raised in non-tolerance cabbage,while,the contents of soluble protein in leaves increased in both tolerance and non-tolerance cabbage.From above results and the former researches,we concluded that SA could be used to alleviate the cadmium toxicity,and consequently improved the main nutritive quality of Chinese cabbages under cadmium stress.
