日光温室厚皮甜瓜果实发育中后期植株生理特性

摘    要:对日光温室两个厚皮甜瓜品种果实发育中后期植株生理特性及果实发育规律进行了研究。结果表明:果实发育中后期,两个厚皮甜瓜品种叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b及类胡萝卜素含量随节位升高而不断升高;鲁厚甜1号叶片中可溶性蛋白含量变化趋势呈“V”型;两个厚皮甜瓜品种根系活力均随着果实发育成熟而降低;金玉果实膨大期为授粉后第10~15天,鲁厚甜1号为授粉后第12~19天;两个厚皮甜瓜品种果实可溶性蛋白及游离氨基酸含量均呈先下降后上升的趋势,VC含量呈逐渐上升趋势。

Abstract:The experiment on plant physiology characteristics of muskmelon during late period of fruit development was carried out in solar heated greenhouse. The results showed that during late period of fruit development, chlorophyl a, chlorophyl b and carotinoid content in higher leaf increasd as compared with lower leaf; soluble protein content in leaves of Luhoutian No. 1 decreased at the beginning and then increased;the root activity decreased with the fruit development;the fruit of Jinyu shaped mainly between ten and fifteen days after pollinatior ,while the fruit of Luhontian No. 1 shaped mainly between twelve and nineteen days after pollination ; both soluble protein and amino acid content in fruits at the beginning decreased and then increased.
