| 摘 要： | GAS6是维生素K依赖蛋白,是包括Axl、Met及Rse等几个分子在内的酪氨酸激酶家族的配体,与细胞的存活、增殖、生长调节有密切的关系;POSTN是一种成骨细胞特异因子,对于动物细胞粘附、骨细胞的发育都有重要作用;CDC16蛋白是分裂后期刺激复合体组成成分之一,与细胞的分裂有密切的关系,EFNB2基因与血管和神经形成中起重要作用。综述了猪11号染色体（SSC11）上4个新基因GAS6、POSTN、CDC16和EFNB2的功能、结构及定位等方面的研究进展。
