| 摘 要： | 转瓶培养细胞作为大规模培养技术成熟前的一种细胞过渡阶段,是各种培养条件（血清浓度、细胞密度、接毒时间）从实验室放大到车间生产进行优化的一个重要步骤。对转瓶技术在细胞大规模培养生产中的地位变化及现状进行了综述,为进一步优化和改进转瓶培养技术提供参考。

| Abstract: | Roller bottle technology was the transition stage before large-scale cell culture technology matured. It was an important step for the optimization of various conditions from laboratory to workshop, such as serum concentration, cell density and inoculation time. The status transform of roller bottle technology in mass cell culture production was reviewedto provide reference for its improvement. |
