烟丝结构对烟支卷制质量的影响

目的]了解烟丝结构对卷烟主要工艺质量的影响。方法]通过不同整丝率以及相同整丝率不同长、中丝比例的烟丝对卷制后烟支单支重量、硬度、吸阻、端部落丝量等质量指标的影响试验,研究烟丝结构对卷烟主要工艺质量的影响。结果]烟丝整丝率以及烟丝长、中丝比例的变化对卷制后烟支的单重、单重标偏、吸阻、吸阻标偏、硬度、端部落丝量的影响较大,对圆周及其稳定性的影响不大;整丝率过高或过低对卷烟的单重、单重标偏、吸阻标偏均有不利影响;烟丝整丝率在82%左右,烟丝长、中丝比例在4∶1时,卷制后烟支的总体质量及稳定性最好。结论]该研究为打叶复考过程中烟叶大中片率的选择以及制丝过程中工艺参数的选择提供参考。
