采前栽培技术措施对有机酿酒葡萄品质的影响

摘    要:通过在葡萄枝条出土、绑蔓期间设置不同的坐果高度,在葡萄转色期进行摘叶、架面下铺设反光膜等采前栽培技术,研究改变葡萄微气候的技术措施对酿酒葡萄品质的影响。结果表明,采用70cm的坐果高度、对结果部位进行摘叶、在架面下铺设反光膜的处理方式能够使酿酒葡萄的品质得到一定的提高。
