| 摘 要： | [目的]研究水分胁迫对朴树种子发芽的影响。[方法]采用不同浓度聚乙二醇（PEG）溶液和不同含水量土壤对朴树（Celtis sinensis）种子进行发芽试验。[结果]结果表明，朴树种子的发芽率、发芽速度、胚根长、幼苗干重等发芽指标在轻度水分胁迫下有不同程度的提高，随着水势的降低，各项发芽指标相应降低。其总的趋势是轻度水分胁迫促进发芽，重度水分胁迫抑制发芽。朴树种子发芽的最适土壤含水量为35％，发芽的极限含水量为15％。[结论]该研究结果为南方喀斯特地区植被恢复提供理论依据。
