摘    要:[目的]研究水分胁迫对朴树种子发芽的影响。[方法]采用不同浓度聚乙二醇(PEG)溶液和不同含水量土壤对朴树(Celtis sinensis)种子进行发芽试验。[结果]结果表明,朴树种子的发芽率、发芽速度、胚根长、幼苗干重等发芽指标在轻度水分胁迫下有不同程度的提高,随着水势的降低,各项发芽指标相应降低。其总的趋势是轻度水分胁迫促进发芽,重度水分胁迫抑制发芽。朴树种子发芽的最适土壤含水量为35%,发芽的极限含水量为15%。[结论]该研究结果为南方喀斯特地区植被恢复提供理论依据。
