| 摘 要： | 以彩色马蹄莲和2n配子方面的文献为基础,综述了2n配子的发生情况、鉴定方式、遗传学机制及其在育种中的作用和提高2n配子产生频率所面临的问题,并对2n配子在彩色马蹄莲杂交育种利用的优越性和可行性进行了分析。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the documents about Zantdeschia antedeschia and 2n gamete,the occurrence,identification method,genetic mechanism of 2n gamete and its role in the breeding and the facing problems for increasing the production frequency of 2n gamete were summarized.The priority and feasibility of 2n gamete in the cross breeding of Z.antedeschia were analyzed. |
