摘    要:以CTAB/SDS法直接从感病叶片中提取条锈菌基因组DNA,该法与β-巯基乙醇法相比,提取DNA纯度和产量均较高,所提取DNA的产量大约为β-巯基乙醇法提取DNA产量的5~10倍.并且用所提取的DNA为模板进行PCR扩增能够获得条锈菌特异性条带.
