二吡啶除草剂敌草快与肾上腺皮质激素引起胎鼠动脉管收缩的作用研究

本文研究了敌草快和肾上腺皮质激素对胎鼠动脉管的收缩作用。取妊娠19、20、21 d的大鼠,各随机分成2组。试验组皮下注射7 mg/kg敌草快,观察胎鼠动脉管收缩情况;取妊娠19 d大鼠,随机分成4组,试验1组未切除肾上腺,2、3组切除肾上腺。1、3组皮下注射7 mg/kg敌草快,第2组和对照组注射生理盐水,观察胎鼠动脉管收缩情况,并且测定母鼠血浆中肾上腺皮质激素的浓度;取妊娠19、20、21 d大鼠,各随机分成2组,试验组皮下注射40 mg/kg肾上腺皮质激素,观察胎鼠动脉管收缩情况,另用80 mg/kg肾上腺皮质激素,重复上述操作。结果表明:敌草快和肾上腺皮质激素对妊娠末期胎鼠动脉管具有收缩作用,且引起收缩的临界期均在胎龄19￣20 d。

Toxic Effects of Bipyridine Herbicide Diquat and Adrenocortical Hormone on Ductus Arteriosus of Rat Fetus

The toxic effects of diquat and adrenocortical hormone on ductus arteriosus of rat fetus were studied in this paper.Gravid female Wistar rats on each day 19,20,21 of gestation were respectively divided randomly into two groups,in the experimental group,the rats were administered with diquat by subcutaneous injection at the dose of 7 mg/kg;The Wistar rats were divided randomly into four groups,adrenal glands were removed from the rat in the group 3 and group 4.The rats in the group 1,3 and group 2,4 were administered respectively with diquat and saline at the dose of 7 mg/kg,the concentration of adrenocortical hormone in plasma of mother's body in each group was determined;The Wistar rats on each day 19,20,21 of gestation were respectively divided randomly into two groups,in the experimental group,the rats were administered with adrenocortical hormone respectively at the dose of 40 mg/kg and 80 mg/kg.All fetuses were used for observing contraction of ductus arteriosus.The result showed that diquat and adrenocortical hormone affect ductus arteriosus of rat fetus and the critical contraction time is between 19 and 20 days.
