瓦楞纸板抗水保湿性能的实现

摘    要:研究了抗水保湿瓦楞纸板包装技术的原理和工艺方法。首先制取抗水保湿剂乳状液,利用能量平衡原理使其渗透到纸纤维材料中,并在其表面形成保护膜,借助于喷涂系统实现其表面张力、表面自由能和固液间附作功,再实现乳状液渗透与成膜过程中的平衡。最终制得不影响印刷而又具有抗水保湿性能的瓦楞包装纸板。

Abstract:The principle and technology of waterproof and moisture-holding of corrugated board packing has been investigated. First of all the emulsion of waterproof and moisture-holding is produced. It infiltrates into fibre material of paper according to the principle of energy balance and forms a protective film on the paper. Then the balance of surface tension, surface free energy and adhesional work is realized with utilization of the spray coating system during the emulsion infiltration and formation of protective film. Finally the corrugated board which possess waterproof and moisture-holding characters without affecting the printing process is obtained.
