摘    要:本试验通过在肉仔鸡饮水中添加不同菌种组合的复合微生态制剂 ,比较其对肉仔鸡免疫功能的影响。通过对微生态制剂组与对照组肉仔鸡外周血液 T淋巴细胞增殖反应、血清中 Ig G含量和 HI抗体效价比较分析 ,证明这 3种复合微生态制剂均可显著提高肉仔鸡细胞免疫和体液免疫水平 ,且可明显提高新城疫疫苗免疫效果。通过比较优选出一个最佳复合微生态制剂 ,并为其在今后的生产实践中应用提供了必要的理论依据

Abstract:In this assay,the differentiation in immune functions of three complex microecologic preparations was compared (CMP) that were added into the drinking water of broilers. Through the analysis of three norms including T lymphocyte proliferative responses,the content of IgG in serum and HI antibody,it came to the conclusion that all of the CMP can outstandingly enhance the immunity including cell-mediated immunity,humoral immunity and the effect of ND vaccine in broilers.The final selection of the best CMP provided a theoretical foundation for the application of CMP.
