影响牛非手术法活体采卵效果因素的分析

利用非手术法活体采卵技术结合体外受精技术和胚胎移植技术,能够更大限度的发挥良种母牛的繁殖潜力,并能够用于患有生殖道疾病良种母牛的扩繁,使良种资源得以充分利用;通过活体采卵技术还可以为核移植、转基因、胚胎干细胞移植等生物工程技术提供必要的材料。本文综述了年龄、发情周期、非手术法活体采卵方法等五个方面对牛非手术法活体采卵效果的影响,为探索更加有效的活体采卵程序和方法,提高非手术法活体采卵的生产效率提供依据。

Factors Influencing Non-operation Method on Ovum Pick-up from Live Bovine

Non-operation method of ovum pick-up combined with in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer technology can fully utilize breeding potential of thoroughbred cow, and also can enlarge for cows with genital tract diseases, as well as make fully use of variety resources. Ovum pick-up can provide nessary material for nuclear transfer, transgenosis and embryonic stem cell transplantation. This paper summarized the effects of age, estrus cycle, non-operation method ovum pick-up on bovine non- operation method ovum pick-up, through exploring more effective ovum pick-up program and method, which provided basis for improving productivity of non-operation method ovum pick-up.
