| 摘 要： | 全面提升农产品质量安全已成为我国农业和农村工作的中心任务。生产是源头，它对农产品质量安全起着基础性和决定性的作用。因此，加强对生产环节的监督和管理对全面提升农产品质，量安全具有关键性的意义。本文在分析生产环节中影响农产品质量安全的诸多因素的基础上，提出了确保生产环节农产品质量安全的一系列对策措施。 |

| Abstract: | It has been a key job to improve the quality safety of agro-products in our agricultural and rural work. The product is the basis and plays a fundamental role for the quality safety of agro-products. Therefore, it is significant to strengthen the supervision and management for the improvement of the quality safety of agro-products. In order to ensure the quality safety of agro-products, many factors affecting the quality safety of agro-products are analyzed. On the basis of the analysis, a series ot~ countermeasures were put forward in the paper. |
