河套灌区中低产田节水综合改造对策研究

摘    要:通过实地调查,论述了河套灌区总体概况及运行管理现状,对河套灌区中低产田改造的投资和效益进行了分析评估,对现有节水示范区的建设、运行实际效果与中低产田进行了对比分析,阐述了中低产田节水改造的发展潜力,进而提出了具体的改造措施以及解决对策。为河套灌区中低产田节水改造列入自治区“十一五”重大建设项目提供了决策依据。

Abstract:The shortage of both water resources and funds for transformation of water saving engineering is a typical problem in northwest China.This paper described the outline of Hetao Irrigation Area and its current irrigation management and evaluated the efficiency for transformation of water saving engineering in the region.The development potential for the cultivated land with medium and low yield was analyzed by comparing current situation with the situation after transformation.The countermeasures for solving the problem were given in the paper.These can be guides for the transformation of water saving engineering in Hetao Irrigation Area.
