小麦高蛋白育种的亲本选配及后代选择原则和效果

摘    要:通过对按Grifing双列杂交方法二所配制的15个杂交组合F1~F5材料及其中4个不同类型杂交组合的遗传与选择方法分析,探讨了小麦高蛋白育种的亲本选配及后代选择的原则和效果。结果表明,单株籽粒蛋白质含量在F2有超亲分离;世代之间各组合的群体蛋白质含量平均值存在着显著或极显著的遗传相关;籽粒恒白质含量的遗传力因估算方法,群体大小、材料特点等不同而有变化,依遗传力大小看,群体>个体、后期世代>时期世代、高蛋白组合>低蛋白组合;选择效果与亲本特点有密切关系,不同选择方法对蛋白质含量的选择效果因杂交组合类型不同而异。

Abstract:The principle and effect of choosing parents and handling segregating generations in high protein breeding of wheat were studied using Griffing′s method 2 design. The results were:1.The grain. protein content of individual plant in F 2showed transgressive segregation.2. There were significant genetic correlation in the population mean of protein content between different generations of a combination.3.The heritability of the grain protein content varied with changes of estimating methods,the population size and the material characteristics ,i.e,population> plant ,late generation>early generation,and combinations of high protein content >combinations of low protein content .4.The effect of selection was closely related with parent characteristics.The effect of different selection methods to select protein content varied with cross types.
