提高白肋烟香气质·香气量的研究

摘    要:通过分析白肋烟香气的农业影响因素,采用"达白1号"研究了增施农家肥,不同N肥用量和增施菜枯肥,不同成熟度采收,不同品种,不同密度,不同留叶数,不同施肥水平与香气质和香气量的关系.结果表明,中部叶农家肥施用量15 000 kg/hm2的评吸总分达到80.5分.在施纯N 150~195 kg/hm2范围内,随施N量的增加,香气质、香气量也随之提高.下部叶在八成熟时采收烟碱为3.15%,评吸质量好,其香气质、香气量最高.

Abstract:In the burley tobacco arorma test with Dabai No. 1 as test material, the relations of arorma amount to fertilization including increasing farmyard reanure, different N fertilizer rate and increasing vegetable withered reanure, harvesting at different rmturity, different varieties, and different density, retained leaf number and fertilization leveis were studied based on anaiysls of agricutural factors effectirig aroma of hurley tobacco. Results showed that the total score of smoke evaluation for middle leaf by applying farmyard rmnure at 15 000 kg/hm^2 was 80.5. In the application range of 150 - 195 kg N/hm^2, the aroma quality and aroma amount increased with the increase of N application rate. When the lower leaves were harvested at maturity of 80%, the nicotine was 3.15%, and the tobacco leaf had good smoke evaluation quality with highest aroma quality and aroma amount.
