| 摘 要： | 本文采用高效液相色谱法,以正己烷及异丙醇混合溶剂为流动相,用CHIRALPAK AD-H色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在270nm下,对烯虫酯对映体进行拆分,并用外标法测定烯虫酯中S体的含量,该方法的线性相关系数为:0.999 5,标准偏差为:0.20,变异系数为:0.21%,平均回收率为:99.55%,结果表明:该方法可用于测定S-烯虫酯原药的含量。

| Abstract: | A method for separation and quantitative analysis of S-Methoprene TC by HPLC, using n-hexane and isopropanol mixed solvent as mobile phase on CHIRALPAK AD-H column and DAD detector at 270nm wavelength. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 5, the standard deviation was 0.39, the variation coefficient was 0.21%, and the av- erage recovery was 99.55%. The method was suitable for the routine and confirmation analysis on S-Methoprene TC. |
