紫色非硫光合细菌培养特性的研究

摘    要:采用光合细菌中的紫色非硫菌为材料,通过单因素试验和正交试验研究了pH、温度、光照、氧气以及接种量对其生长繁殖的影响.结果表明,pH、光照、氧水平、接种量对紫色非硫光合细菌生长的影响达到了极显著水平.PH为7.0,日夜交替光照、微氧条件,接种量为20%是紫色非硫光合细菌培养的最佳条件,这为快速培养高活性的光合细菌奠定了理论基础.

Abstract:The result indicated that the growth of purple non-sulfur photosynthetic bacteria was influenced by the pH,temperature,illumination,oxygen,and the inoculation quantity,respectively at the 0.01 remarkable level. pH7.0,day and night in turn illumination,micro oxygen,and 20% inoculation quantity were the most suitable culture condition for the growth of purple non-sulfur photosynthetic bacteria.
