| 摘 要： | 后成型装饰板是一种具有后成型性能的纸基装饰层压板。本文论述了具有后成型性能的三聚氰胺树脂和酚醛树脂的研制、后成型装饰板生产工艺以及成型工艺。经物理性能检测结果表明,这种装饰板的后成型性能达到ISO4586/1—1981(E)的规定,弯曲半径在19mm以下,最小可达10倍板厚。该试产品已应用于北京首都国际机场空港托运台,效果良好。

| Abstract: | Post-forming decorative sheet is a kind of paper-based high-pressure laminates.This study focuses on preparation of the resins9 selection of the papers, determination of parameters for sheet production and application of forming technique. At present, the pilot products whose minimium radius is up to 10 times of sheet thickniss have been used as consigning desks at Beijing International Airport. |
